My friend’s tire pressure warning light came on, and I suggested going to Costco or Discount Tire. Instead, she stopped here. They charged her $1 to put air in the rear tire, but they never inspected it to see why the pressure had dropped. They didn’t check for a nail, screw, or any other puncture—they simply added air and sent her on her way. Not long afterward, the tire went completely flat. It was around 120°F outside, and more than 12 hours later we’re still dealing with the consequences. We’re now at Discount Tire, where they’re going to repair it properly. In the future, if a customer comes in with a low tire, especially in the extreme Las Vegas heat, the tire should be inspected before simply adding air. In hot weather, tire pressure generally increases as the air inside expands. A tire pressure warning light in these conditions is much more likely to indicate a leak or puncture than a temperature-related pressure change. It’s disappointing that we’ve spent the entire day buying a compressor, repeatedly inflating the tire, dealing with the inconvenience, and now spending additional hours at Discount Tire. A quick inspection at the beginning could have identified the screw

I came here a couple of weeks ago bc a different shop basically welded my lugnuts, but Carlos was amazing and very informative! He was able to save 4/5 of them! It was such a great experience that when I got my flat tire today I decided to return here, and Moses replaced my tire in 10 minutes. One of the best shops I’ve been to in this city!! Will definitely come back!

They may not be the most personable employees but are friendly as one c can be. And they for sure are hard workers and appear to be moving as fast as one can working outside in 105+ degree. farienheit weather. There is an air conditioned lobby with a bathroom, a few chairs, and water available for you to wait in. Or Green Valley Grocery is right next door. Quick service, reasonably priced, and open 24/7. You can't beat 'em, so join 'em because they're totally legit and worth it. 💯👍 Thanx guys! Muchos gracias mi amigos reparadores de llantas!! 🫶

I had a great experience at Llantera El Rancho Tire Shop. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, professional, and ready to help. They took the time to explain exactly what my car needed without trying to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, efficient, and priced very fairly. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. My car was taken care of quickly, and everything was done right the first time. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest tire shop with great customer service, I highly recommend Llantera El Rancho Tire Shop. I’ll definitely be coming back.
